I mean no offence to you Kori, just there are much better ways to be healthy with regards to your diet or whatever.

*almost certainly.
My friend does fasts, and he swears by them. He said I should too.

As well as lack of fats (which are important for proper functioning of hormones), lack of protein, most likely waaaay too much sugar (which is the real problem, not fats), lack of calories, imbalance of nutrients...

I'm sure he does...

There are numerous reasons why fasts make people feel good but in the end of the day, there is no substitute for eating a healthy diet.

Yes.

And the juice I drink is all homemade, so I won't be drinking those bottled things you get which have a lot of sugar. I have a juicer that I put in mostly veggies and fruits and herbs.

I am also doing smoothies. Homemade smoothies.

I make all my own juice, it's about 60% veggies, 40% fruit.

I agree with eating a proper healthy diet, I am not using a juice fast to replace healthy eating. I'm only going to do it for seven days to detox my body, then I will go back to healthy eating. I am already vegetarian, mostly vegan, so I don't know how much healthier I can get.

Yep Roll call 80 I used a Vpn to make a U.S Google play account and downloaded it. It still works over here.

I'm thinking since its a location based game you could use a fake GPS app to get around actually doing any walking lol I haven't tried it yet but I think it would work.

Ok, but just be aware that fruits (even vegetables) have sugar just like anything else... they tend to be better though because your body has to break them down plus they have fibre, which if you juice... neither apply.

So it's just an unhealthy way to get nutrients really.

I say just stick to your mostly vegan diet... as you said, can't get much healthier than that if it's all balanced out. So what is there to detox from?

Not that big a mobile geek, so had no idea you could get fake GPS apps... kinda takes the fun out of it though, no...

I believe that stressful thoughts create bodily toxins. We do have relatively stressful thoughts due to our mental health issues.

Sure, but you can get anti-oxidants or whatever you think will help detox without doing some fast.

It's not like detoxing clears toxins out... what clears toxins out is your bodies natural functions, which need the right nutrients to function. So how does depriving yourself of things your body needs help it repair itself?

Anyway, sorry don't mean to derail roll call with some debate...

Just done a lot of research into healthy eating in the past when I was in the gym a lot.

Basic premise... eat a healthy varied, diet... everything is ok in moderation. Don't overthink things... simples.

I find it's better for me to do things naturally than to take supplements like antioxidants.

Things like blueberries and acai have antioxidants and are natural. I would still get my fiber through smoothies. I also might cheat and eat some of the fruits and veggies rather than juicing them.

I don't think you can do that much damage to yourself by not eating wheat or protein (which you can get from veggies anyway) for a week.

Yeah I was meaning anti-oxidants in natural food anyways...

I'm not saying that juicing can't be done "healthily" in the short term, but it would be tricky & the benefits are likely very slim.

I'm so tired and exhausted. I can't live like this anymore.

I'm asking for another blood test. Surely I have diabetes or something.

Concerta isn't working. I'm asking for Desoxyn (Meth).

I'm not taking the oral Abilify anymore.

I'm going to tell the psychiatrist to do his best.

It's been 4 years. No more ********. I'm tired.

Hey Tweaky! If you cleaned up for a while and let your body detox you might feel a little better. I know when I used to take stimulants I'd feel pretty crappy about a week later, if I was doing it all the time I'd be in hell.

I don't think more drugs is the answer. Clean yourself up!
