I can't sleep , I've been up since 4 in the morning. It's a little after 8pm now. I was extremely tired and laid here for an hour trying to sleep after I took my meds but can't. I feel better physically though after eating dinner.

Man I can't wait till next week. I'm buying a pair of really good headphones recommended to me by FR since she knows a lot about audio. I just have a cheap pair of earbuds right now, I can't wait to hear how amazing all my music sounds with quality headphones

Have you tried progressive muscle relaxation? You can download like a song of a guided version. It works for some people.

I have, but not in a long time. I have some relaxation mp3s on my iPod from this University that has free downloads of them, one is mindfulness and the other is an autogenic training one. I might try something like that later tonight, thanks

Morning. Eating a cinnamon twist and drinking coffee. I’ve finished work for the day already. Not sure what to do for the rest of the day.
Got my $200 rebate for my sons contacts. They sent it via email gift card. Pretty cool.
So I’m shopping lol. So far I’ve only bought bras. I hate paying for them so a “free” gift card makes it easier.
My son is still sleeping! Must be nice. Not sure what he’s got planned for the day either.
Feeling kinda restless. I am SO ready for spring. I’ve had enough of the cold.

So I got a £10 Amazon voucher for re-joining prime today. I tried applying it to an order and it won’t work... I’ve talked to customer services and they seemed a bit unsure. They are calling me back in an hour. Bit frustrating.
