Personal training today. A decent amount of walking doing chores, too.

My weight was the same today which was kinda weird because I stuck to my calorie budget and I did a lot of work in my room for an hour which included a lot of lifting and moving stuff around.

Maybe it was my sodium. I had a can of V8 at 6PM Or else calories in calories out is wrong?

Today has been good so far. I had a couple Jimmy Dean egg and cheese roll ups for breakfast

I filled up my pantry rack with Lesser Evil snacks. Most of them are meant for kids. But I like to eat them anyways. But they brought back the watermelon popcorn and and a pink lemonade popcorn for the summer.

I walked this morning, around 6 mi. It has gotten SO hot & humid. The humidity was 90% this morning. Anything above 70% is just tough to exercise in during the summer time. I'm trying my best to be good about hydrating because I sweat so much walking. I also did forearm planks.

And then I fell off track and I ate some cake and then I got Taco Bell. Which actually made me feel a lot better. I guess I needed to eat.

But I have no idea on how to get my appetite under control. I don't have any real unhealthy food in the house besides some gummy candy.

But I just get so hungry and I lose control. I just got a burrito and nachos from Taco Bell.

I have health issues that can become dangerous if I don't get things under control. So why can't I just snap out of it and into weight loss and self control mode?

Dewed, what is the question? Everybody poops, and everybody eats. You act like you are surprised that you get hungry. Most people eat three times a day. Ask your dr for a meal plan.

Went for a longer walk today while listening 🎧 to a good audiobook. Also walked around on errands. All in all, 13k steps.

I had 3 cans of Arizona iced tea to help me wake up, a piece of tiramasu, and a serving of broccoli cheddar puffs. It added up to around 750 calories and 135 carbs.

The rest of the day is doable I just need self control. I have a lot of low cal and healthy stuff.

My weight was the same

I have tuna, frozen vegetables, grilled chicken nuggets etc. I need to just get my *** motivated.

I have early grocery pickup today, so I did a pilates video as that takes less time than walking. It was a good choice too. Though I feel awake today, I could tell my body and muscles needed a break from power walking. I have a lot of appts. this week, some of which are early, so I'll be doing more pilates than I have for awhile this coming week. I did forearm planks as well.

You eat a lot of what are considered "empty calories." I have a knee-jerk reaction to crackers, IDKY! But they are a major food group for you. All they are is flour and fat. I would rather eat fluffy biscuits! I guess its the mouthfeel? I dont know what you could substitute thats healthier. Carrots? Edamame? That would save a hundred calories per snack, which could add up over a week.

Orangetheory fitness and stretching today.

Oura, my sleep and fitness tracker, has a feature called "cardiovascular age." If within 5 years of the chronological age, the cardiovascular age is considered aligned with the chronological age, but they show you exactly where you are. When this feature launched, my cardiovascular age was 3 years under the chronological age, then it dropped down to minus 3.5, munis 4, minus 4.5, and now I am finally at minus 5. I must be doing something right

My weakness lately has been Twizzlers and Swedish Fish.

I had 1850 calories today. Nothing legit. I was too lazy to really try. I'll probably be the same weight tommorow.

Yesterday I was 225.6 and today I am 225. I know its basically the same weight but I'm hoping it motivates me to get down to 224 tommorow.

So far I've just had a serving of chickpea puffs and a protein shake. It was only 290 calories but 34 grams of protein.

I’ve lost 3kg. Lots and lots of salads. See my gp for weigh in in 2 weeks time and I’m on track for losing 4kg. I am pleased about that! I’m sick today. No appetite. Will eat half a portion of leftover lasagna for lunch to at least get some sustenance but I really feel like munching on some fruit salad. Don’t have fruit salad in the house and I have no energy to go to the grocery store today

I have this bad habit now with gummy candy. They make me feel better physically and emotionally. I stuck to my goals but I did eat a lot of strawberry watermelon Swedish Fish.

I walked yesterday, and this morning, I did an easy pilates video since I had bloodwork first thing. I've been doing good at alternating piates and walking this week. The pilates gives my body time to recover from pretty taxing walks in the heat.

I did my back in on Monday at work, it was pretty dicey for a day or so and as I have a history of sciatica I was nervous. Took nurofen and deep heat ointment along with heat packs and woke up this morning fine thank goodness. So I went for my long run, the weather was bright dry sunny and slight breeze, perfect running weather. Lots of runners out on the sea front first thing, and I’m happy to say they weren’t all the super fast type, it’s half marathon training season and you get a lot of more casual runners so I felt like it was my crowd. 16k in total which is 10 miles, hard work last few miles but no one said it was easy. Time to go for an easy paced short walk with my husband now.

@Tart Cherry Jam - You're doing fantastic keeping up the exercise!

@Discombobulated - 10 miles! That's a LONG run! That's pretty close to the half marathon, so you should be ready for it. I'm glad your back is doing better. I know sciatica can be bad. I get it sometimes but usually it's short-lived; however, H finally had to have surgery for his at it was so painful and so bad at one point he was sobbing with it. It was doubly bad because our daughter was just a couple months old at the time and he couldn't even hold her, he was in so much pain. Thankfully, the surgery really helped him because I was near my wits' end.

I did a long power walk this morning, just beat out the rain. I got a later start because I slept later than normal, and usually when the sun is up this time of year, walking is hard because not only do I burn easily, I just have photosensitivity to the point where sunlight is absolutely dazzling to my eyes even wearing sunglasses. But thankfully, the partly cloudy weather shifted to completely overcast which made things much easier for me. And of course, I did planks too...though the planks never do seem to get easier!
