For an early dinner I had 2 pieces of whole wheat toast covered in a cup of Jif to go peanut butter with a banana sliced into 8 pieces so there were 4 pieces on each slice of bread.

I used to just eat the peanut butter by itself and call it a meal.

I think I'm making progress.

I haven’t exercised in 3 days. The weekend I took off because I wanted a holiday weekend off exercise. Today I just idk I was a little ramped up and hyper and I didn’t want to make it worse by exercising so I took today off too. I’ll get back to my workouts tomorrow.

Oh wait I did do yoga on Sunday. But that’s it no treadmill or walks.

Tomorrow I’m gonna walk to the store and also get on the treadmill. Maybe I need to get some of this energy out. That might be why I’m feeling restless. From not exercising for 3 days.

All that working out and homemade healthy eating caused a 4 pound drop on the scale this morning. I'm feeling it today though.

I did a 30 min walk outside today. Got me sweating a lot because the entire walk back home is entirely uphill. Going to do 30 min on the treadmill today too. And maybe some yoga as well.

I did my 7.2 mi power walk this morning. It was not the most comfortable weather - mid 70Fs with 95% humidity. That had me covered in sweat, but it definitely guaranteed I took a shower because I felt gross! I wish I had uphill walking here, but the land here is flat, flat flat, not much above sea level. There are hills in Texas (a part called the hill country), but it's a 2 hr drive away from here. So I stick with the flat. Gotta eat more though because my weight has gotten a bit on the low side.

Out this morning for a gentle 6k, it felt okay so I think I’m regaining fitness, I’m going to be cautious about increasing distance too quickly though. Didn’t feel the same level of anxiety today so hopefully I’m getting on top of that.

@Crazy Hitch you’re still a youngster- I can honestly say I can remember the day you were born as it would’ve been my sixth birthday party which was rather good fun!

For breakfast I had a banana and a blueberry chobani yogurt. Lunch was most of a chicken salad with raspberry vinagrette dressing. I have over 680 calories left and I did a lot of walking and moving around. So I should probably up my calories by 100 or so.

If you have a history of legit anorexia when you start eating regularly you'll gain massivly. Even like a few crackers will put on 5 pounds. Kinda in a bit of a pickle when you have been restricting for so long. This girl I knew went from underweight to morbidly obese in 33 days from recovery.

Glad I'm doing it the right way.

Awesome that you're running again @Discombobulated!

I did the 7.2 mi route but I did some jogging off & on, probably close to a mile total though, so not too much because I was working to beat the rain this morning. I'll probably be sore from it tomorrow. My wrist sprain is healing; I may try practicing the foream plank, not sure about the high plank yet. Some things are definitely easier with my left hand now, but there are other things I do with my left hand such as closing the sliding glass door in our living room that still cause pain. I am ready for a pilates video but I just am unsure about bearing weight on my left hand off & on for a 30 min video. Though I guess there are ab and leg sections that are not weight bearing on the hands, so I could do those parts.

I need to eat dinner but I'm kinda lazy. I have protein pasta. Or whole wheat pasta. Or I could just nap for awhilr

I did end up napping for a bit. Then I still wasn't in the mood for dinner so I had some Undercover Quinoa bites.

I did personal training and cardio yesterday. Today I will do something, too, but I have not yet decided what.

@Tart Cherry Jam You are killing it with exercising!

I did my power walk this morning, but I took a different route, and oh, boy, I ended up on Winding Trail. The brilliant people who named the roads in my subdivision created Winding Road, Winding Street, and Winding Trail. As predicted, all these roads wind. Even worse, they start back up again pretty much randomly across the drainage slough that divides my subdivision east & west. I have never gotten the gist of these winding roads even after living 20 years in this subdivision. Some of these roads dead-end and all the others are pretty much guaranteed to come out at a crossroad I don't know very well. It's hard for me to use maps on my phone to get out of these predicaments because I need reading glasses to see my phone clearly so I just end up sometimes walking in circles and oh boy, did I ever this morning, it was over 8 miles! I should always just turn around when I get to one of the Winding roads, but I always think I must know exactly how to get out after living here for so long, but I am always wrong.

Anyway, I can do forearm planks again, so I've been practicing those. I can't do the high planks yet, it's too much on my wrist, so that pretty much guarantees my wrist isn't ready for pilates just yet. Maybe by next Monday or Tuesday.

Blueberrybook - you should listen to Beatles "long and winding road" on your walks!

Had an amazing cardio workout at Orangetheory. Easily upped both speed and incline beyond what I had done before. Apparently, more consolidated nighttime sleep, without naps, which is all thanks to Lybalvi and possibly also a bit thanks to Naltrexone, gave me a striking amount of energy and drive.

On the weights floor I did not do well - I was already tired. And I could not do a side plank at all.

Blueberrybook, I cannot even imagine all your regular plank workouts!

I earned 2 🧡 orange points today and plenty 💚 green points

I did my usual power walk and had 1 practice of the forearm plank for 1 min. I had to work up to the forearm plank with doing the high plank for 1 min. first. And I had to work up to 1 min on the high plank as well. I want to try to do the forearme plank a few more times today. @Tart Cherry Jam The side plank is hard for me; I have balance problems with it. I need to practice that one too as it is often a part of the pilates video and the part where I tumble back onto my mat several times trying to get it right!

MapMyFitness gave me the "Hard Work Pays Off" badge for walking/jogging 600 km so far this year. I think the goal they have for that challenge is 1000 km for the year. If so, I will get there! Not that you really get anything for it other than a virtual badge. Still something to work towards though.

Its getting warmer which means berry season. I like blackberries and strawberries with some whipped cream. I had a protein smoothie and a piece of bread with peanut butter and blackberries on it. My carbs and protein are pretty good.
