Thank you very much notz. I have noticed that I am in better cardiovascular shape, can lift heavier, and overall feel better mentally. There might be some toning going on but I'm not paying much attention to the physical changes. Soon I will be buying a scale though, just to make sure I stay in the healthy range. Last time I weighed myself I was 132 lbs and 5'7, which is in the healthy range.

This morning I did the HIIT/Pilates workout from FitnessBlender that I enjoy, 40 minutes total with the warm up and cool down.

In the evening I did a lower body routine with weights from FitnessBlender, 35 minutes total including warm up and cool down. My legs should be nice and sore tomorrow.
Thanks for this!

Been a bit lazy with updating this, oops!

On the 9th I did a 3 mile walking workout with Leslie Sansone and was sweating a ton. The warm weather is making every workout feel more challenging, for sure.

Yesterday I got 14k steps total from work, and after work I did a 50 minute upper body weight lifting workout from FitnessBlender.

Today was definitely a lighter activity day. I was out running errands with TheDragon for a large chunk of the day so we got some steps in, around only 5k total though because we drove most places.

This evening I did a 35 minute stretching/pilates routine from Fitnessblender. It was very light and felt good on my muscles.

Today I got around 14.3k steps total.

This evening I did an hour long pilates routine from FitnessBlender. It didn't make me sweat but it sure burned the legs and butt!

Early this afternoon I did an upper body/cardio workout from FitnessBlender, 33 minutes total.

This evening I did a stretching/pilates routine from FitnessBlender, 27 minutes total.

Do you have an exercise room or a lot of space to do this in? Just curious.

Got in way more exercise then I thought during my vacation, completely unintentionally. Felt like I walked more then I've ever done in my entire life, a lot of stairs as well. Plus we did a lot of outdoors activities. My dad even lost 8 pounds from all the walking we did ha. But now I'm in bed with a cold so taking it easy for a few days. Hoping to get better soon.

Nope, no exercise room, I wish! I use what space I can in the living room. If there are ever moves that require a lot of space, I will do a different move that works the same muscle but requires less space.
Thanks for this!

Today I got 13.4k steps total during work.

I also began a 5 day challenge from FitnessBlender, and did Day #1 which was a mixture of HIIT and lower body strength training with weights. 48 minutes total, and it was challenging for me even though I did mostly "low impact" options during the HIIT portion. Looking forward to Day #2, anyone can feel free to join in anytime! I'll post the link to the first day of the challenge.

Just finished Day #2 of the challenge - today was an upper body strength training workout with weights, as well as cardio intervals. I got a good sweat going but it was definitely easier than yesterday. I'll post the link to the second day if anyone is interested.

FitnessBlender's 5 Day Challenge Day #2 Workout:

I might do another workout this evening, even if it's just a simple stretching workout. If I do, I'll post again tonight.

This evening I did a 2 mile walk with Leslie Sansone and then did a quick 13 minute cool down stretching video from FitnessBlender. Hopefully my muscles aren't too sore tomorrow for Day #3 of the challenge.

TheDragon and I also got a bit of walking done today going to the used book store and shopping for groceries.

Recently finished Day #3 of the challenge, today's focus was on HIIT and abs and it was about 51 minutes total. It was very challenging and I definitely broke a sweat. I'll post the link in case anyone is interested.

Day #3 of FitnessBlender's 5 Day Challenge:

I might do some stretching tonight but otherwise that was enough physical activity for today.

Got around 11.5k steps total today from work...for a large part of my shift I was stocking small items that all belonged in the same aisle, so my step count was lower today.

Just finished Day #4 of the challenge, today's focus was on upper body, cardio kickboxing and some strength/yoga at the end. I was sweating a lot (still am, actually) Great workout though, it might be my favourite of the challenge. I'll post the link in case anyone is interested:

Late this morning I did Day #5 of the challenge, which focused on a short amount of HIIT and strength training for the lower body with weights. Because it's so hot in my house (no air conditioning, just fans but they don't do much) it was by far the sweatiest of the 5 days, even though it was only 38 minutes long! I was literally dripping sweat on the floor.

This evening I did a stretching/yoga/pilates routine, very easy, to stretch out my sore muscles. Hopefully that makes them a little less sore for work tomorrow!

This was the first time I've done all 5 days of the challenge consecutively, and it feels good! I'll post a link to the workout if anyone is interested:

Today was a rest day, although I got 12k steps total today from working an 8 hour shift, and I just finished a very quick and very easy 13 minute stretch workout from FitnessBlender.

My ankle has started hurting today and I hope it feels better soon! I'm definitely going to take it easy for the rest of the evening.

Today was a lighter day because of my ankle, although I did a pilates workout in the morning (about 38 minutes total with warm up and cool down). Aside from that, I've been taking it easy today. I work the next 2 days in a row so I want my ankle to be in decent shape.

Today I got 17k steps total, despite trying to take it easy on my ankle.

About to do a 35 minute stretching/yoga/pilates routine from FitnessBlender, just something to relax after a not so great day.

Forgot to post yesterday, oops! I got around 13k steps from work but didn't do any other exercise aside from that.

Today has been quite a lazy day but this morning I did a lower body workout from FitnessBlender (about 32 minutes total) that literally kicked my butt. I am wondering how sore I will be tomorrow!

Got about 12k steps total today, got a ride to and from work so my step count is on the smaller side.

Just finished doing a 2 mile walking workout with Leslie Sansone, and I did 2 different short upper body routines from FitnessBlender, which totaled 20 minutes. Along with the cool down, it was a 51 minute workout. Not bad for a work day.

This morning I did a cardio/pilates routine from Fitnessblender that was 40 minutes total. I didn't sweat much despite it being a strenuous workout, it was still cool outside at that point.

Then this evening I did a low impact cardio routine along with a short 10 minute abs workout, both from FitnessBlender, 37 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. This time I sweat A LOT, despite the routine being easier than this morning's routine. The hot weather makes a difference!

I started up one of FitnessBlender's low impact routines that I bought ages ago. It's 4 weeks long and I may not stick to it verbatim, but I'll try to incorporate the workouts into my routine. Day 1 is finished.

Today I got over 15k steps total.

Just finished an upper body routine from Fitnessblender, 25 minutes total, and it included pulses so it really got that upper body sore. This was day 2 of the low impact program, tomorrow will be the lower body and core. I will likely do more than just the recommended workouts for tomorrow because on days off I like to exercise morning and evening, so maybe I'll throw in some cardio later.

My android phone has a program called S Health that automatically counts my steps.

This morning I did Day 3 of FitnessBlender's Low Impact Program, which was a lower body + core routine and then a quick lower back routine which was difficult because I have a weak back from scoliosis. It was about 40 minutes total. Worked the muscles well but I didn't really sweat.

This evening I walked 2 miles with Leslie Sansone, which got me sweating because of the warm weather.

Got around 14k steps total total.

Just finished Day 4 of FitnessBlender's Low Impact program - today was a cardio kickboxing workout that is only 24 minutes total but really breaks a sweat. Tomorrow on the program calendar is just an optional stretch followed by a rest day on Sunday. I will likely end up doing at least something physical tomorrow, even if it's just cardio. On Sunday I'll have a rest day but may still do an easy stretching routine.
