Today I was still 168. I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios around 1:30 or 2. Then I had a bowl of special K fruit and yogurt cereal around 6:30. About an hour ago I had nova lox from Einstein Bros. I plan on getting sirloin steak with broccoli from Dennys for dinner. I have down 1175 but I may add in a snack.

I gained some weight. I feel bad about that. I don't know why it happened. I'm eating the same stuff.

I ended up skipping Dennys. Instead I had some zucchini, a tomato and basil rice cake, and a cup of Honey Nut Cheerios for lunch. And for dinner I had more zucchini and a bowl of Quaker Oats maple oatmeal. So I’m at 1,238 calories for the day and I was eating throughout the day instead of just breakfast and dinner.
I’m kind of done with the articles on Noom. I still track my food and my weight. And I talk with my coach once a week. But it’s honestly not worth the money. After my subscription is up in October I’ll just go back to the free My Fitness Pal app. I mean I lost weight on Noom but I also did other things on my own.

I weigh 155lbs now. I’m hoping to get down to somewhere around 125 to 130. I’ve been working out and trying to eat healthier/less calories.

I was 166.6. Today I had 2 bowls of cereal, a small chili cheese fries, and a Panera chicken noodle soup bread bowl. I have down 1,430 calories.

I was 166 exactly today. I had 2 cups of special K fruit and yogurt cereal, 5 tomato and basil rice cakes, and a bowl of ramen with the broth dumped out. I’ll have oatmeal for dinner. I’m really involved in my books and my podcast today so I haven’t been thinking much about food. Today I just ate my safe foods and the zero sugar soda I drink. I’m right around 1200 calories today.

I was 165.6 today. I was super happy I ordered myself a new shirt on Amazon as a reward. My next goal is to get to 163. Today I had 1.5 servings of Special K fruit and yogurt cereal. I finished the box actually. Then I had a tomato and basil rice cake. Also finishing that bag. I got a grilled cheese sandwich while I was out. I’m having 3 apple cinnamon rice cakes now, and then dinner will be a bowl of oatmeal.
I have down 1,230 calories but I have no clue on that sandwich. I put it at 640 calories.

I was 168.2 today. I had a much needed cheat day both Wednesday night and Thursday night. So far today I’ve had a non diet Mountain Dew, 6 apple cinnamon rice cakes, and a bowl of instant udon noodles. I plan on just having the usual oatmeal for dinner. For a snack I’ll maybe have a bagel with some cream cheese Or just cereal. I’m around 1200 calories today.

I had scrambled eggs and a piece of toast for breakfast. Lunch will be plain oatmeal, dinner will be a small plate of spaghetti and my snack will be some fruit. Drinking just water and plain black unsweetened coffee
Edit: I change my mind on the spaghetti, I am not feeling well so I'll just have an Ensure protein shake for dinner

I had a mini bagel and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon brown sugar cream cheese at 12:30AM. I weighed myself this morning and I was 167.4. So far I’ve had 2 apple cinnamon Quaker rice cakes for breakfast. I finished that bag. I think I’m on my 4th bag of rice cakes in 2 weeks. I had a bowl of frosted Cheerios, 2 generic white cheddar rice cakes, and a bottle of strawberry banana Body Armor for lunch. I have a job interview in a couple hours so I don’t want to not do good because I’m hungry. But for a snack I’ll have a bowl of chocolate flakes and almonds Special K cereal and then some ramen or something for dinner. Right now without the ramen or anything for dinner I’m at 876 calories. Which includes the bagel and cream cheese at 12:30AM.

I ended up getting a chili cheese dog from Sonic. and then we’re having sirloin steak for dinner. So that will put me right around 1325 calories. But the bagel and cream cheese were eaten so early in the morning. It’s difficult to get the exact calories when I eat at midnight. I expect to be less when I weigh myself in the morning. I weighed myself a second time at 12:30 after a lot of diet soda and rice cakes and I was 167.8.

I had planned on getting on the treadmill the past few days but I'm sick/coughing a lot, so I'm not up to doing that. I'm not craving regular food because of not feeling good, not wanting to cook, So I had a protein bar, and will have a protein shake and a slimfast shake for the day. I don't know what my weight is. I have my period right now too so I know my weight probably went up a little bit naturally/temporarily because of that so I don't want to check it until that's over with. I'll probably weigh myself on Monday the 23rd. I can't wait till I'm feeling better and can get back to exercising.

I was 166.4 today. I had a bowl of Special K chocolate flakes and almond cereal, and a mint Aero bar for breakfast. I also had some of a cherry Vanilla Coke Zero, and 4 mugs of various types of tea and a Sprite Zero from Sonic. For a morning snack I had 3 white cheddar rice cakes, and another Sprite Zero. For lunch I’ll have a bowl of udon rice noodles with my last Sprite Zero. My afternoon snack will be a bowl of frosted Cheerios. And dinner will be oatmeal unless I change my mind and want something else. I haven’t been eating much oatmeal lately. I have down 1195 calories.

My meals went a little differently today than I planned. I ended up having
-a protein bar -a protein shake -a hot pocket -1 slice of toast w/ peanut butter spread on I had a cappuccino in the morning So my calories were somewhere around 1,100-1,200 for the day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Weighed myself this morning, this was after I ate and drank something so it may not be entirely accurate, I may actually weigh a little less than what it said, but it said 155lbs exactly, so I'm down at least 1/2 a pound, last time I weighed myself I was 155.4 lbs
I had a protein bar for breakfast, lunch will be a protein shake, and dinner will probably be oatmeal. I'll also have some peas and a little fruit. Drinking water and plain unsweetened black coffee

I was still 166.4 today. I was pretty hungry all day yesterday. I still didn’t go crazy though. So I ended up having about 1940 calories which is just about maintenance for me. Which is why my weight stayed exactly the same. This morning at 12:30 I had a mini bagel with some brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese. I was starving from skipping dinner and being hungry was preventing me from being able to sleep. The bagel and cream cheese had about 186 calories. I had a bowl of frosted Cheerios when I got up at 6:30. I plan on having a chicken noodle soup bread bowl from Panera for lunch since I really wanted one yesterday. For dinner I’ll have oatmeal. I had some Cinnamon Toast Crunch oatmeal yesterday. It was good. I have down 1236 calories.

I switched things up. I had another bagel with just one tablespoon of cream cheese. Then I had 2 rice cakes. Instead of the bread bowl I got a margarita flatbread pizza. Which is huge and 10 calories less than the bread bowl. So I had half for lunch and I’ll save the other half for dinner. So I have down 1322 calories but again when I eat stuff at midnight am I counting that for that day or for the day before. Idk.

I had that same problem when i was on weight watchers, how do you track after midnight eating. Now my first, biggest meal is around when i get up, early afternoon, and my second meal is smaller but still fairly substantial, early evening. If i snack, its fruit or a Natures Bakery bar or a Cup o'Soup, depending on how big my 2nd meal was. I have tomato, and cream of mushroom w teeny tiny tooth-cracking croutons.

Yeah and I asked my Noom guide about it and she was of zero help. She just told me how to log it. Um I know how to log food in, my issue is when should I log it in if I’m eating at that time.

I was 165.4 today. So far I’ve had a pumpkin cold brew coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts (I’m limiting myself to one coffee a week) 2 white cheddar rice cakes, and a bowl of frosted Cheerios without milk. So far I’m at 510 calories. I’m going to try to eat some udon noodles and more frosted Cheerios and rice cakes. I’m also going to have a bottle of Body Armor.
I’m hoping to be 163 by the end of the week. My long term goal is to be 158 by October. My doctor told me 150-155 is a good weight for me but I want to get down to 140. Hopefully that will happen in a year or less.

Had a protein shake for breakfast. Lunch will be a slimfast shake w/ fruit, dinner will be a hot pocket w/ some peas. Drinking a lot of water and some plain unsweetened black coffee.
I haven’t been exercising the past few days since I haven’t felt good but I hope to get back on the treadmill later this week, plus doing exercises w/ resistance bands and weights, and some yoga. Will check my weight again next Monday. Hoping to lose 1-2 lbs by then. My total calories for the day are about 1,256 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’ve been drinking a lot of water and using the bathroom a ton of times a day. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night needing to go. I wonder if all the water is why I’m not hungry and losing weight.

I'm maintaining. I've been cooking meals so I have healthy choices. I didn't eat much today cause I haven't felt well. My stomach has been upset and I've had a headache all day. It feels like the flu.
